Joaquin Media Joaquin Medina is the Ranch Manager. He started working at the ranch cleaning stalls and punching cattle. He learned from the ground up. He is a gifted guy with a lot of common sense and the ability to communicate well with the ranch hands. Tess Hvinden Tess Hvinden is our Office Manager. She's a keeper. She is hard working and will help you with whatever needs to be done. A real sweetheart.
